Rocket Live Sandeel Bass Rig

This rig consists of a drilled bullit lead and bead on a 40lb black 'Amnesia' rig body which leads to a monofilament hooklength of approximately 3 feet in length. The hook is a size 2/0 'Mustad' 496bb which with its short shank, wide gape and fine wire construction is the ideal pattern for using live sandeels. The spherical shape of the lead enables the rig to roll along the sea or estuary bed in the tide and in doing so presents the bait in a natural manner.
